一、 活動宗旨：推動優質宿舍，期許學生藉由日常的隨手關燈和節約能源等良善的生活習慣，培養從生活中實踐「節能減碳」目標，為地球的永續發展盡一份心力。
1. Purpose of the Activity: To promote quality dormitories and encourage students to cultivate good habits such as turning off lights when not in use and saving energy in daily life. By practicing "energy saving and carbon reduction" goals in life, students contribute to the sustainable development of the earth.
 

二、 主辦單位：學生事務處生活輔導組。
2. Organizer: Life Guidance Section of OSA (Office of Student Affairs).
 

三、 經費來源：請廠商加入用電金額於獲獎寢室電力系統中。
3. Funding Source: Electricity expenses contributed by sponsors will be allocated to the power system of winning dormitories.
 

四、 執行單位：學生宿舍自治委員會
4. Executive Unit: Student Dormitory Committee
 

五、 比賽對象： 東校區一舍、東校區二舍、新北宿舍、南港宿舍。全體住宿生。
5. Competition Participants: All residents of East dormitory, Xinbei dormitory, and Nangang dormitory.
 

六、 比賽時間：

• 第一學期：10月、11月
• 第二學期：3月、4月
• 112學年度第2學期開始公告實施。

6. Competition Period:

• Fall semester: October and November.
• Spring semester: March and April.
• Starting from the spring semester of 2024 after this announcement.
   

七、 評選辦法：

• 各宿舍分開評比。
• 評選標準：各寢室紀錄兩個月的用電度數。
• 最佳節能奬：當學期評比月份用電度數相加除以該寢室住宿人數，數字最低者。
• 比賽期間宿舍人數有變動造成無法評比之房間將不納入評比範圍。

7. Evaluation Method:

• Each dormitory will be evaluated separately.
• Evaluation criteria: Electricity consumption records for two months per dormitory.
• Best Energy Saving Award: The sum of electricity consumption for the evaluation months divided by the number of residents in the dormitory, with the lowest resulting number being the winner.
• Rooms with changes in the number of residents during the competition period that affect evaluation will not be included in the assessment.
   

八、 獎勵辦法：

• 最佳節能奬：用電奬金500元/房，以資鼓勵。
• 東校區一舍10房、東校區二舍10房、新北宿舍6房、南港宿舍4房，共計15000元。
• 用電獎金將直接加入獲獎寢室電力系統中。

8. Reward Method:

• Best Energy Saving Award: Electricity prize of NT$500 per room to encourage energy conservation.
• Distribution of Awards:
  • 1st place dormitory in East dormitory: 10 rooms.
  • 2nd place dormitory in East dormitory: 10 rooms.
  • Xinbei dormitory: 6 rooms.
  • Nangang dormitory: 4 rooms.
  • Total: NT$15,000.
• Electricity prizes will be directly added to the power system of winning dormitories.
   

九、 得獎公布：得獎寢室將於每年12月及5月公告於宿舍公布欄及學務處最新消息。
9. Announcement of Winners: Winning dormitories will be announced on the dormitory bulletin board and in the latest news from OSA's website in December and May each year.
