NangangDorm 2025/26 Winter & Spring Semester Check-in/out
2025 Fall (114-1) Semester Check-out:
Before 11:59 AM on January 10th 2026, Saturday, completely move out.
*If you intend to check out of the dormitory in advance, please notify the dormitory administrators seven days in advance.
2025/26 Winter Break Check-in/out:
After 10:01 AM on January 12th 2026, Monday, start to move in.
Before 11:59 AM on February 13th 2026, Friday, completely move out.
2026 Spring (114-2) Semester Check-in:
After 10:01 AM on February 21st 2026, Saturday, start to move in.
*You may also email the dormitory administrators to schedule your check-in time, so that you can smoothly collect your room key.

If you need a refund for your room electricity balance, please use your EasyCard at the top-up machine in front of the dormitory office between January 5 (Mon) 00:01 and January 19 (Mon) 23:59. The refund can be returned to any one EasyCard, but the full amount can only be refunded to a single card and cannot be split across multiple cards.

Those who didn't apply for 2025/26 winter dorm neither 2026 Spring semester. Please ask dorm leaders or admins to check-out by rules before deadline. Otherwise, you may lost your deposit NT$1,000.

Those who didn't apply for 2025/26 winter dorm, but apply for 2026 Spring semester. Please pack your luggage to your closet, and return your room key to dorm leaders or admins (those who didn't return key may lost her deposit NT$100). Precious things must be taken away when you leave. Nangang dormitory is not responsible for keeping residents' luggage.
P.S. During winter vacation, dorm admins would check for room randomly. Anyone who lives in dorm without paying money has to recompense for fee and moving out from dorm. Please helping to expose it to keep a fair dormitory.
P.S.S. Do not let any people stay without permission. Do not smoking in dorm & campus.
Do not using any equipment with high power consumption (such as refrigerator, electric cooker, heater).
Stairs are only for emergency and move-in/out . Please use the elevator. (do NOT enter the male's dorm at 2F~4F)
Nangang Dorm will have an alarm rings around 07:30 AM for high school students.
