2024.04.17 Update

112-2 (2024 Spring) Semester Check-out:
   Before 2024 June 22nd 11:59 AM (Satursday), completely move out.
   *If you want to move-out form dormitory early, please contact dorm admins 7 days ago.

2024 Summer dorm Check-in/out:
   After 2024 June 24th 10:01 AM (Monday), start to move in.
   Before 2024 August 28th 11:59 AM (Wednesday), completely move out.

113-1 (2024 Fall) Semester Check-in:
   After 2024 August 31st 10:01 AM (Saturday), start to move in.
 

• Those who didn't apply for summer dorm neither 113-1 semester. Please ask dorm leaders or admins to check-out by rules before deadline. Otherwise, you may lost your deposit NT$1,000.
• Those who didn't apply for summer dorm, but apply for 113-1 semester. Please pack your luggage to your closet, and return your room key to dorm leaders or admins (those who didn’t return key may lost her deposit NT$100). Precious things must be taken away when you leave. Nangang dormitory is NOT responsible for keeping residents' luggage.

P.S.  During summer vacation, dorm admins would check for room randomly. Anyone who lives in dorm without paying money has to recompense for fee and moving out from dorm. Please helping to expose it to keep a fair dormitory. No matter you stay in summer dormitory for 1 day or 66 days, you should pay the full payment of NT$4,950.

P.S.S. If you're planning to move from the East dormitory to the Nangang dormitory on June 22nd for this summer vacation, you can move in after 12:01 PM on June 22nd (Saturday). The original residents of the Nangang dormitory will move out by 11:59 AM on June 22nd.

Please remember to bring your student ID card to enter the dormitory, and come to the Nangang dormitory office on the 5th floor. After the administrators check your identity, you will retrieve your room key. Then, you can move in to the Nangang dormitory by yourself at any time. The Nangang dormitory does not have door access control, so you can tap your student ID card to enter or exit 24 hours a day. (If you don't have a student ID card, please bring an EASYCARD or iPASS to the dormitory office on the 5th floor for setup.)

P.S.S.S. If you want to store your belongings in the Nangang dormitory before moving in (excluding valuable items), please make a reservation at least seven days in advance to avoid any unexpected closures. Let us know when you plan to come to the Nangang dormitory for storage and provide your phone number for contact. For example, "May 20th, Friday, 15:00 PM - 16:00 PM, 0912-345-678". Administrator's office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM.

Note:

1. Non-residents or male shall not be brought into the residence area and stay overnight. Do not smoking in dorm & campus.
   Do not using any equipment with high power consumption (such as refrigerator, electric cooker, heater).
2. Stairs are only for emergency and move-in/out . Please use the elevator. (2F~4F are male's dorm, do not enter)
3. Nangang Dorm will have an alarm rings at 6:30 AM for high school students.
