Nangang Dorm 2025/26 Winter & Spring Semester Application

Undergraduate and graduate students are requested to register online for 2024 winter break and 2025 spring semester accommodation before the deadline. Late applications will be considered as a forfeiture of accommodation.

If you are exchange student and you want to apply for winter accommodation, please contact Ms. Edie Wu and Ms. Linda Sun of OIA.

Before 11:59 a.m. on Saturday, January 10:
Students who did not apply for winter vacation accommodation must clear their room, return the key, and ask the dorm staff to check their bed space.
(If you will continue to stay in the dorm for the 2026 Spring Semester, you may leave your personal items on your bed.)

Students who did not apply for 2026 Spring Semester accommodation must clear their room, return the key, and ask the dorm staff to check their bed space.
