Check-in Procedures
- Report & collect key
During the designated time, check in with the dorm leader or staff, present the original payment receipt for ID verification, sign in, and collect your room key.
- Submit student ID for door access
- If you don't have student ID card yet, prepare a card-shaped EASYCARD悠遊卡 and go to the 5th floor dorm office to set up access.
- If you use a special-shaped card, clear card, iPASS一卡通, icash愛金卡, or other cards that are not EasyCard, it might not work or may be hard to read.
- Submit required documents
Turn in your completed dorm application form and a photocopy of your Chunghwa Post or bank account passbook (for deposit refund).
- Check room facilities
After moving in, check desk, chair, lights, remotes, A/C card, bathroom equipment, etc. Report damage immediately.
- Follow dormitory announcements and rules
- Incomplete procedures will result in loss of accommodation rights
- Clean and clear your room/bed
Includes floor, desk, drawers, wardrobe, bed board, bathroom, and windowsill.
- Return borrowed items
Return dorm property; lost or damaged items must be compensated.
- Lost AC card: NT$400 per card will be deducted from the deposit.
- Lost AC or fan remote control: NT$1,200 per remote will be deducted from the deposit.
- Lost room key: Borrow a key from your roommate or dormitory staff to make a copy (approx. NT$20–30). If not replaced, NT$100 per key will be deducted from the deposit.
- Place equipment & return keys
- Put fan and A/C remotes back in place
- Return A/C card (refund per announced schedule)
- Place chair in front of desk
- Give room key to dorm leader or staff
- Inspection & approval
Ask dorm leader or staff to inspect and approve after completing the steps.
- Penalty & deposit deduction
Failure to follow the check-out rules will result in a violation notice and deposit deduction.
- Items left behind
Any belongings left after check-out will be disposed of.
