114-2 (2026 Spring) Semester Check-out:
   Before 11:59 AM on June 27th 2026, Satursday, completely move out.
   *If you want to move-out form dormitory early, please contact dorm admins seven days ago.
 

2026 Summer dorm Check-in/out:
   After 10:01 AM on June 29th 2026, Monday, start to move in.
   Before 11:59 AM on OO OO 2026, OOO, completely move out.
   *The date of summer ends will be announced once the school calendar is finalized.
 

115-1 (2026 Fall) Semester Check-in:
   After 11:59 AM on OO OO 2026, OOO, start to move in.
   *The date of fall semester starts will be announced once the school calendar is finalized.
 

• During the 2026 summer break, undergraduate and graduate students may be assigned to the same room.
  Please be advised that after the room change on June 27th, a second relocation may be required before the start of the Fall 2026 semester.
• Move-out from the Nangang Dormitory:
  • If you need a refund for your room's remaining electricity balance, please bring your own EASYCARD to the front of the dorm office to process the refund at the top up machine before you leave.
    The remaining electricity balance can be refunded to any EASYCARD, and it can only be fully refunded to one card; it cannot be evenly distributed across two (or more) cards.
  • Those who didn't apply for Summer dorm neither Fall semester. Please ask dorm leaders or admins to check-out by rules before deadline. Otherwise, you may lost your deposit NT$1,000.
  • Those who didn't apply for Summer dorm, but apply for Fall semester. Please pack your luggage to the storage, and return your room key to dorm leaders or admins. Precious things must be taken away when you leave. Nangang dormitory is NOT responsible for keeping residents' luggage.
    • If you lose your key, we will deduct NT$100 per key from your deposit.  
      If you lose the air conditioner or fan remote control, we will deduct NT$1,200 per remote from your deposit.  
      If you lose the public A/C card of your room, we will deduct NT$400 per card from your deposit.
    • During summer vacation, dorm admins would check for room randomly. Anyone who lives in dorm without paying money has to recompense for fee and moving out from dorm. Please helping to expose it to keep a fair dormitory. Short-term housing is not available during the summer break. Whether you stay for only one day or for the entire summer, you must pay the full amount of the summer housing fee.
    • Graduating students who wish to apply for summer accommodation should take special note:
      According to Article 8 of the regulation for student dormitory, students who leave the university (e.g., due to graduation) must move out of the dormitory within one week.
      As short-term stays are not available for current residents during the summer, dorm fees will be charged for the full summer period. Therefore, students must vacate the dormitory as required and are not eligible for a refund.
• Move-in to the Nangang Dromitory:
  • If you are currently a graduate student residing in the East dormitory and plan to move to the Nangang dormitory for the summer, you can collect your room key and move into the dorm on June 27th (Saturday) between 12:01PM and 17:59PM at the dorm office on the 5th floor of the Nangang dorm.
    The current residents of Nangang dorm will move out by 11:59AM on June 27th.
  • To avoid overcrowding or gatherings, only the resident will be allowed to enter the dormitory during check-in/out. Parents, friends, and other visitors are requested to wait outside the dormitory.
    If you need trolley, please come to the dorm office at 5th floor to borrow it.
  • Please use your student ID card to enter the dormitory and go to the dorm office on the 5th floor to get your room key. You can move into the dorm at any time afterward. Nangang dormitory does not have a curfew, so you can enter and exit freely 24 hours a day using your card.
    (If you do not have a student ID card temporarily, please prepare an EASYCARD or iPASS with regular card shapes and go to the dorm office on the 5th floor to set up access.)
  • If you wish to store your luggage at Nangang dorm in advance, please make an appointment with the dorm office seven days in advance. Provide us with your scheduled storage time and contact number to ensure the administrator is available and not on leave or away from the office. (Due to limited space at Nangang dormitory, each person can store a maximum of 10 boxes of luggage. Please pack your luggage in advance and do not store any valuable items, as Nangang dormitory is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.) Dormitory office hours: Monday to Friday 10:00AM - 18:00PM.

Note:

1. Non-residents or male shall not be brought into the residence area and stay overnight. Do not smoking in dorm & campus.
   Do not using any equipment with high power consumption (such as refrigerator, electric cooker, heater).
2. Stairs are only for emergency and move-in/out . Please use the elevator. (2F~4F are male's dorm, do not enter)
3. Nangang Dorm will have an alarm rings at 07:20~08:00AM for high school students.
