Nangang Dormitory Move-in Notice for 2024 Fall Semester (113-1)

2024.06.19 Update

The room number of 2024 fall semester in Nangang Dorm will release at lately August.
Please following OSA's website for the latest information.

Please show your receipt of dormitory fee when you move-in dormitory, then you could take your room's key.
Please remember to bring your student card (to enter the door of dorm), and come to the Nangang Dorm office at 5th floor, after the admins check your identity, you will take back your room key.
(If you don't have student ID card, please bring an EASYCARD or iPASS with regular card shapes to dorm office at 5th floor to setting it)

We suggest you telling us when you will come three days ago, to avoid an unexpected day off.
After you take back your key, you can move-in to the Nangang dorm anytime.

Family and guests are not allowed to entry the dormitory if it is not necessary.
If you need trolley, please come to dorm office to borrow it.

Move-in date for those who are in East dorm for summer now, and need to move to Nangang dorm for 2024 fall semester 08/28(Wed) 12:01PM ~ 16:59PM

Move-in date for those who only apply for 2024 fall semester dorm (without summer dorm)

Where to take your key Nangang Dorm Office at 5th floor (left side after go out from the elevator)

Please check the route from NTUT to Nangang dorm again.
And remember to bring your student card to open the door.

Note:

  1. Do NOT left any people without permission. Do NOT smoking in dorm & campus.
    Do NOT using any equipment with high power consumption (such as refrigerator, electric cooker, heater).
  2. Stairs are only for emergency and move-in/out . Please use the elevator. (2F~4F are male's dorm, do NOT enter)
  3. Nangang Dorm will have an alarm rings at 07:20AM-08:00AM for high school students.
